Wawasee Plaza has multiple office spaces available. This space is part of the main lobby of building. The waterfall is located here in this area along with tables. This is the only handicap entrance to the entire property so other tenants can and do walk through this lobby. In the past this area is available for rent area that is common space is the area around the waterfall and the brick walking path. The other area is available for rent. This unit is located right off the lobby at Wawasee Plaza. It has 250 sq foot and has a door that can be used to adjoin to suite C-103. This unit has hot and cold water along with drains for multiple types of businesses behind a wall plate in the North west corner of the unit.
