Today I’m up on a ladder at Wawasee Plaza fixing an issue with our exterior lighting. We’ve got lights running all the way around the building and through the alley. They’re supposed to be controlled by a photocell inside the building. Problem is – I think it’s malfunctioning. Instead of replacing it right away, I installed an outdoor timer that keeps the lights on for 8 hours after dusk.
Benefits: • Saves electricity • Reduces bulb wear • More predictable control • Less wasted runtime
Sometimes the solution isn’t complicated – it’s just practical.
